What is INAcademy?
INAcademy is a new, tailored international executive training program offered by the Instituto Nacional de Administração, I. P. (INA). Through an immersive experience, participants draw on knowledge, leadership and experimentation to address concrete public sector challenges and prepare to apply what they learn in their home organisations.

Bilingual training (Portuguese-English).
Participants need sufficient English proficiency to follow the sessions, take part in group discussions and present their results.
Senior leaders and managers in Public Administration and other public sector organisations.
30 participants
